Thank — thankfulness creates an awareness of your blessings in life and leads you to HAPPINESS.

Express — expressing love,affection and gratitude gives you a feeling of oneness and leads you to HAPPINESS.

Present — living in the present makes you live with mindfulness opening your eyes to the pleasures of now and leads you to HAPPINESS.

Simplify — simplifying your physical and mental clutter creates clarity and  leads you to HAPPINESS.

so. climb the 5 .S.T.E.P.S. TO HAPPINESS.

  1. That is an excellent simplification of the elements needed to become happier. I personally think expressing love (without attaching conditions on it) is the best of the S.T.E.P.S program.

    In fact, I like your philosophy so mu I am going to talk about it on my own blog.
