The challenge at TGIF -architecture made me create this card with the beautiful shore temple in india.I have digitally done this card and used the backgroud given at artcreationsfriday to add color and interest.
The Shore Temple at Mahabalipuram , india is an architectural marvel of tamil nadu.It occupies a most extraordinary site, by the very margin of the Bay of Bengal. This temple was built to honour of Lord Shiva in early eighth century. The design of the Shore Temple is significant because it is the earliest known example of a stone-built temple in South India. The temple was built as a work of art and designed in a manner to capture the early sunlight and illuminated the shore with its lights at night. It projects a picturesque scene with the backdrop of the blue sky and sea to admire the ingenuity of our ancestors.
